“The Power of Intention” - What motivates your actions? Do you feel in control of your life, or are you often swept up in the rapid currents of modern demands, expectations, and distractions? In our social media age, agencies can feel out of reach.

Join the Youth as we dive into the transformative power of intention. Together, we’ll reclaim the power in our lives by learning to live purposefully. Whether it’s sharing laughter, shedding tears, or intentionally soaking up the sun on the dock, we’ll embrace each moment with intention. Through meaningful conversation and play, we’ll build a community grounded in intentionality and explore ways we can bring this intentional mindset back into our off-island lives.

The Youth Conference is for teens starting 9th grade through recent high school graduates. The program focuses on relationship building, renewal, and spiritual growth for up to 30 vacationing high school students. Its culture centers on fun, faith-building, and exploration, rather than traditional bible camp studies. Our Youth Minister of the week, Megan Strouse, graduated with her Master of Divinity from BU School of Theology in December 2022 and has served as a Pastoral Resident at Village Church in Wellesley, MA. This is Megan’s third year as Youth Minister of the Week! Megan is joined by Kyle Miller, former Youth, former Island staff (Pelican!), and current Mechanical Engineer working in Nashville, Tennessee. This is Kyle’s third year as Youth Assistant! Our second Youth Staff member will be announced shortly.
